Thank you, I do like the idea of starting with the user’s needs which would be obvious. I’m having in mind the discussions with manager and management on choices of activities, that always need to be based in goals and missions of the institution. But daring to think in other terms, starting with the audience’s needs will make us take a step away from preset ideas and facilitate innovative ideas.
